RiverGreen Estates Subdivision

RiverGreen Estates is an on-going development effort. Five phases have currently been completed and further phases are being planned. MSS, Inc. has carried this project from its conception to its present stage of development. This process began with the annexation to the City of Corvallis of property owned by the Coon Family Limited Partnership. This annexation constituted a 140-acre addition to the land area of our municipality. The benefits of the annexation and subsequent development include construction of large consolidated areas of mitigation wetlands, extensive enhancement and effective modifications to extremely sensitive municipal facilities and opportunities for the community to enhance the quality of growth along its southern boundary. The development has experienced the influence of local, state and federal agencies and all services were provided by MSS, Inc.
